In addition, both of our state free relays, comprised of Heather Gardner, Erin Lab, Vanessa Hendrix and Amy Prestinario, also turned in automatic All-American times at Evanston: 200 free relay in 1:37.89 (63rd) and the 400 free relay in 3:32.46 (45th). For more information on the All-American program and for the 2007- 08 time standards go to the NISCA website at http://www.niscaonline.org. State Champion Amy Prestinario was a double state champion in the 200 Individual Medley and the 500 Freestyle last November. She also anchored both free relays as NC finished in 10th place at the state meet in Evanston. Team Record Nicole Kmieciak set a new record for 6 dives with a score of 227.40, obliterating the previous mark of 218.1 set by T. Taylor in 1978 - the oldest record on our board! Congratulations to these athletes for their outstanding achievements in the 2006 season!
